"Patrick Piuze’s 2023 Terroir de Chichée is another very good bottle that will drink well from the moment it is released and should age gracefully for a couple of decades in bottle. The bouquet here is bright and juicy in personality, offering up notes tart orange, pear, citrus peel, wet stone minerality, a touch of Chablisienne straw tones, paraffin and a nice topnote of fruit blossoms. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, complex and shows lovely depth at the core, with sound framing acids, good focus and grip and a long, poised and balanced finish."
