The Tements make incredibly complex Welschriesling. They started bottling two single-vineyards in 2011. The Weinstock Alte Reben Welschriesling comes from a small parcel in the Zieregg vineyard (plot Steinbruch). The vines were planted in 1978 and grow on coralline limestone soil and have southern exposure with a slope of 40-50% at 430-460 meters above sea level. Aged for 24 months in small, neutral oak barrels. Alc 12,5 % vol. 1,3 g/l residual sugar - dry 6,9 g/l acidity.
