100% Gruner Veltiner from Satori Springs, a west-facing, dry-farmed vineyard located near Oregon City in the northeast Willamette Valley. The Gruner Veltliner plot is planted on the lower section of the slope on Cornelius silt loam, a silty loess-like soil. After harvesting the fruit was destemmed, crushed, and left on skins for 20 hours before pressing. The free run juice was fermented in stainless steel and aged for six months on lees before bottling. 12.1% abv.
