80% Vermentino and 20% Muscat from two sites in the Applegate Valley AVA of Southern Oregon - Layne and Four Diamonds. These Applegate sites benefit from well-draining alluvial soils over granite, and dramatic daily temperature swings which help retain acidity in the fruit. The grapes were direct pressed to stainless steel, racked off lees, and fermented with ambient yeasts. The tanks were chilled at the desired sugar levels and bottled by hand under crown cap. Vibrant citrus and tropical fruit with fresh salinity, capturing the warmth and sunshine of the '23 vintage. 11.5% abv.
