A zero-sulfites, crown-capped pét-nat of 44% Grüner Veltliner, 36% Chardonnay, and 20% Kerner. One-third of this wine is composed of organically grown 2022 Grüner Veltliner from Acadia Vineyard in the Columbia Gorge. The balance is fruit from the 2023 vintage, grown at the sustainably-certified Satori Vineyard, a west-facing site on Jory soils near Oregon City in the Willamette Valley AVA. The finished wine has 0 g/L of residual sugar and a soft frothy mousse. 11.7% abv
