Rich and concentrated, but with crisp chalky acidity and herbal freshness that are truly extraordinary for this grape. Long, flinty finish. Wild-fermented then matured for 30 months on the fine lees in 600-liter oak casks. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold. Glass stopper."
