25% Ribolla Gialla/50% Pinot Gris/15% Tocai Friulano/10% Chardonnay. Fruit sourced from the biodynamically farmed Johan Vineyard in the Van Duzer Corridor AVA. 'Scrambled Sticks' comprises multiple lots that were blended in the summer before bottling. The Pinot Gris, Ribolla Gialla, and Tocai Friulano are a blend of skin contact, and direct press juice, and are fermented and aged in both clay amphora and neutral oak. The Chardonnay is all direct press, fermented and aged in neutral oak. Is it quite the complex blend, however the resulting wine is seamless and delicious. Bottled unfined, unfiltered.
