No Clos Radio was planted in the early 1970's, is own-rooted, dry farmed, and is farmed organically.The Fruit is foot trodden and spends a couple of hours on skins before pressing. Fermented and aged in 228L neutral oak barrels. Light filtration at bottling, 9g/L residual sugar.
