45% Grenache (direct pressed), 35% Viognier, and 20% Riesling from Steelhead Run Vineyard in the Applegate Valley AVA of Southern Oregon. Steelhead Run is an organically farmed site (in certification process) planted in 1993 on granite/river sedimentary soils. The fruit was direct pressed, fermented, and matured in neutral Burgundy barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered (30ppm sulfur).
