This is an Alsatian-style white blend of four organically farmed vineyards from around the Willamette Valley. Grapes are direct-pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel. All native yeasts, full malo, minimal so2 addition before bottling.12% abv. A very versatile wine - bright and tropical in style.
