Pinot Noir (94%) and Grenache (6%) from organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley, and Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon. The fruit was harvested over the course of ten days from a variety of vineyard sites, making for a bright, juicy, and multidimensional rosé. This year the wine is very pale pink, full of lemon, strawberry, grapefruit, pink apple, river stones and flowers. The grapes were gently pressed, settled, and racked to stainless steel for native fermentation. No additions other than minimal SO2 at bottling.12% ABV.
