100% Pinot Noir, from 30 year old vines. Soils composed of layers of clay and fossilized shells (small oysters) with limestone sediments. Grapes are sorted in the cellar then placed in stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place for 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in 228L barrels. Aged for 18 months.
