90% Tintore di Tramonti, 10% Moscio in the mountain terroir of inland Amalfi Coast. 0.3 hectares of old pergolas, ungrafted, between 450 and 600m.  Harvest was early October.  Made in stainless steel. Despite its darker color, it is tart, refreshing, and saline. Certified Organic.
