Certified organic viticulture. The vines were planted during the 1960’s in Comblanchien. This lieu-dit is located at the top of the slope, facing east with white stony soils over limestone bedrock. The vines are trimmed by hand, leaving a high canopy. 100% whole cluster, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged in barrel (no new oak), unfined, unfiltered. (BeckyWasserman.com)
