"The 2022 Bianco G, a varietal Grillo, opens with a honeyed blend of green melon and tropical florals contrasted by hints of wet stone. It’s silky-smooth, nearly weighty in feel, but possesses ample stimulating acidity to balance as notes of ripe yellow apple and nectarine swirl throughout. This leaves a classically dry sensation through the close, along with a lemon-pith bitterness that keeps things fresh. The Bianco G hails from vines planted in 1975 within Contrada Rina Vecchia. It was aged in a combination of concrete and chestnut cask."
