100% Hand-Harvested Listán Negro. Two to four hour maceration; fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Bright pink, dry, and refreshing, with red fruit flavors and a hint of amaro on the finish, underpinned by signature Canary volcanic minerality.

Limited Direct pressed, with no maceration. The wine has its classic pale color, and its hallmark notes of pomegranate, and tart strawberries on the nose and palate.

100% estate-owned Listán Negro macerated for 24 hours before pressing. Fermented and aged in large stainless steel tanks. Pale pink, easy drinking.
