95% Albariño and 5% of Treixadura from a single plot, “As Penelas” from schist soils. It is an Albariño from inland Galicia, far from the influence of the sea, resulting in a much more mature and complex wine than an Albariño from Rías Baixas.
100% Godello produced from O Taboleiro, a 15 year old, one hectare plot on granitic, sandy soils. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 6 months. 2,700 bottles produced.
