60% Arneis, and 40% Pinot Gris from Camino Alto Vineyard in El Dorado County. Sitting at roughly 2,900 ft elevation, the vines at Camino Alto are planted in volcanic clay soils and are farmed organically (uncertified). The fruit was direct-pressed and co-fermented in tank before aging for 10-months in neutral French oak. Bottled unfined/unfiltered.
