Counoise from Fernow Ranch in Acampo, located at the northern edge of Lodi. The vines have been farmed organically since the vineyard's inception, and are planted in sandy alluvial soils over granite. The grapes were fermented with 30% carbonic maceration, and 70% destemmed fruit in open-fermenters before aging for 9-months in neutral French oak.
