Bloomer Creek's Black Cap Edelzwicker is a blend of 75% Cayuga White and 25% Gewurztraminer from their Auten (Cayuga) and Morehouse Road (Cayuga, Gewurz) Vineyards. The Cayuga spends 6-7 days on skins, and the Gewurztraminer is macerated for 10 days on skins before pressing, making a light and bright skin-contact wine. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
