The Domaine Gérard Fiou covers a total of 9ha80, planted with Sauvignon blanc and Pinot noir.  The Pinot noir vines are planted on clay-silica soils with a southwestern exposure. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel thermo regulated tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged 6 months in oak barrels.
