From 100% Pinot Noir vines over 60 years old, planted on the famous flinted hills of Saint-Satur, on the eastern side of the Sancerre appellation. This is a saignée rosé which is bled off after 48 hours of cold maceration. Vinified in temperature-regulated stainless steel tanks and aged for 3-4 months on the fine lees.
