Vaudevey is located in the valley situated behind the Côte de Léchet. Brocard has four hectares on a very steep slope with east exposure. It's one of the coldest sites of all of the 1er Cru. It spends 12-13 months in large foudres. It has a richness to it and finishes with a lean and salty finish.

"The 2022 Chablis Vou de Vey ler Cru is very composed on the nose with white peach, Vervone and light waxy scents. Fine delineation. The palate hos a sopid entry, quite a keen line of acidity, fresh and marine-influence. A light tong of oyster shell emerges on the finish. Very classy."
