A blend of Cabernet Franc (58%) from  the gravelly loam soils of Mendocino, and high-elevation Gamay (42%) from the granitic soils of El Dorado. Picked early and whole-cluster pressed to stainless steel for fermentation to preserve bright acidity and freshness. Matured in neutral barrique for 6 months before bottling.
