100% Verdelho. Organically grown and hand-harvested from the Vista Luna Vineyard. Foot stomped and fermented dry with skin contact. Juice was pressed off skins after 14 days and placed to neutral French oak barrels after primary fermentation finished. Aged in barrel for 7 months.Received a one time SO2 addition of 25ppm prior to bottling.
