A refreshing, chillable red blend of Barbera (35%), Syrah (32%), Carignan (23%), and Dolcetto (10%). The fruit comes from three organically farmed vineyards, including Broc Cellars’ Fox Hill Vineyard in Mendocino County. The varieties were all fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with different fermentation methods (some carbonic, some destemmed and foot tread, some traditional whole cluster fermentation) and then aged in a mix of stainless and neutral French oak before blending and bottling. 12% abv.
