Pedrosa (Perez-Pascuas)

Perez Pascuas has been making wine in Pedrosa del Duero in the D.O. of Ribera del Duero since 1980 and was one of the few wineries when the area became a DO in 1982. Mauro Pérez was born surrounded by the vines of Pedrosa de Duero. A wise man with a deep love of his land, he tilled the vineyards and planted vines that today are the source of these unique wines. All wines are estate bottled from their vineyards planted to 90% Tinta del País and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. “Several Ribera producers attained quality levels not much below those of Vega Sicilia and Pesquera.
