Blend: 90% Grenache / 8% Syrah / 2% Mourvèdre

Vinification: Vinification without sulfites / Short maceration (around 1 week) /Aged 10 months on fine lies in stainless steel and concrete tank / Minimum sulfite addition before bottling.

Pratices: Organic ( conversion year 2 ) & Biodynamic (certification in progress).
