100% Pinot Noir from Eola-Amity, Dundee Hills, and Yamhill-Carlton AVAs in nearly equal parts, ensuring optimal blending potential and representation of the diversity of pinot noir in the Willamette Valley. These unique sites include vineyards located in the high-elevation Eola-Amity Hills, the warm red soiled vineyards of the Dundee Hills, and the expressive Bishop Creek Vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. All fruit sources are from biodynamic, organic, and LIVE certified vineyards. The fruit was 100% destemmed and fermented with native yeasts, before maturing in French oak (20% new) for thirteen months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
