Orange "Rurale" is a blend of 40% Müller Thurgau, 30% Frühroter Veltliner, 30% Grüner Veltliner. Müller Thurgau & Frühroter Veltliner spend between 5-7 days on the skins. Spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels (from 225 - 2.500L) Initially, the wine is austere on the palate but gradually evolves into an elegant crispiness, fresh and vibrant.
