A contemporary gin with a very herbal nose; fresh sage and orange peel lead the way, with a hint of cinnamon in the finish and a round mouthfeel from the marshmallow root. Distilled using a gin basket vapor infusion, this is made for gin afficionados and casual drinkers alike.  It is based on a revived Dutch gin (not genever) recipe.
