100% Negramoll, macerated at low temperature before fermentation; aged six months in French oak barrels. This grape is universally described by our winemakers as "the Pinot Noir" of the Canary Islands, deep cherry color, with aromas of red berries and toffee. Soft, polished tannins make this an easy-to-drink, understated red.
