"Orange-gold. Orange marmalade, candied flowers and gingerbread on the nose. Sappy, sweet orchard fruit and citrus flavors are buffered by tangy acidity, with the spicy note repeating. Deeply pitched but light on its feet, finishing with very good breadth and clarity. This would be great with salty sheep's milk cheeses.
