100% Malbec grown on in Lunlunta, Mendoza on alluvial soils. Vines were planted in 1936 at 3,300 feet, in alluvial soil. Cold soak pre-fermentation followed by a cool, slow fermentation with indegenous yeasts. The wine is aged 30% in neutral French oak and then for 12 months in bottle. 3,600 cases produced.
