The production of both bourbon and rye are virtually identical: 100% whole grain mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged a minimum of two years in brand new charred American white oak barrels. Distilled and bottled by Albany Distilling. It is the ingredients that distinguish them (the Bourbon has a higher percentage of corn.) The mash for the Bourbon is 60% corn, 25% rye, 15% malt barley, sourced from New York State.
