A blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Noir from Rolling Vines Vineyard and Couteaux de Clair Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. Both sites are organically farmed and hand-harvested. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed to stainless steel tank and neutral barrique for fermentation with native yeasts. The wine was matured for 4 months in neutral barrique before bottling.
