100% Garnacha Blanca from multiple plots within Corella. Hand harvested, and destemmed, with a few hours of skin contact. Fermented using indigenous yeasts, the wine rests on the lees in 1200L flex tanks. It ages in tank and 500-liter barrels for about 7 months.
