100% Chardonnay from the Santa Rita Hills Appellation in Santa Barbara County. The fruit is organically farmed from 12 acres planted on calcareous limestone soils. The wine was barrel fermented in neutral burgundy barrels with ambient yeasts before racking portions to larger format foudre and stainless steel for aging.
