Located in the heart of the village, Feusselottes’ soil is comprised of red silt from the valley. This shallow soil intensifies the subtle minerality, fine grain and spicy accents of the wine. The name of the hamlet means “the little pits” and the vines are in fact located in a slight dip in the land in the centre of the village between 2 slopes of Chambolle. Aged in barrel for 12 - 15 months. Only one barrel made.
