The cool mornings and warm afternoons of the Santa Ynez Valley provide a wonderfully balanced and elegant style of Cabernet Sauvignon, showing herbaceous aromatics, with a dark cherry and blackberry fruit profile and a silky finish. Native yeast fermentation, matured in neutral French oak for 12 months.
