100% Cabernet Sauvignon from two vineyard sites, Bacchus and Phinny Hill. Bacchus is an old vine parvel within the Sagemoor Vineyard, an historic hillside vineyard overlooking the Columbia River. The 50 year old vines at Bacchus bring power, complexity, and a 'new world' fruit profile. Phinny Hill, within the Horse Heaven Hills AVA, brings earthiness and elegance to the blend. Native yeast fermentation, matured for 22 months in 50% new French oak. Bottled unfined/unfiltered.
