100% Graciano from 4 Caminos, a single vineyard situated at the crossroads of four paths. The vines, which are 35 years old, grow on sandy clay soils that drain quickly. Although it sits lower at 530 meters compared to other vineyards, it experiences stronger winds. The grapes are de-stemmed and fermented/aged in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts.
