Grapes grown on 30-year-old vines in Roussillon, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean on clay, limestone, and galet soils. Grapes are fermented in tank and about 5% undergo malolactic. 80% is aged on the lees of Viognier in tank and the remainder on French Oak Barrels.
