The "Tilleuls" parcel sits just in front of the winery and is special for the Chevrot's as it is the oldest aligoté that they own. The vines are aligoté vert, planted in the 1950's in a sandstone and gravel soil. The site is only worked by horse.  Aged in barrel and bottled without fining or filtration.
