100% Malbec from their six-acre estate vineyard in Chacras de Coria, planted in 1916. The vineyard sits at an elevation of 3,000 feet above sea-level; the soils are a mix of alluvial, sand, and loam. The fruit is hand-picked and fermented with native yeast before it is aged two years in a mix of French oak of different ages, and then another year in bottle.
