Certified biodynamic. 60% Grenache Noir, 30% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah. Fleur’s soils are slightly heavier, with more clay and loam in comparison to Galets. Direct press rose, giving a delicate light pink color. No sulfites during the winemaking process and minimum amount added at bottling. Aged for one month on fine lees in stainless steel.
