From a .6 hectare clay/limestone vineyard with south, south-east exposure in the commune of Zellenberg. The grapes are pressed slowly over 8 hours. Fermentation lasted 9 months! 2/9 on the sweetness scale (listed on each bottle). It's recommended to decant to get the full expression of the wine.

"The 2012 Riesling Grafenreben offers an intense bouquet with herbal flavors. Straight, pure and salty on the palate this wine reveals a stunning finesse, elegance and tension. Dry and lean this is a very mineral, well-structured wine that seems to dance over the palate"
