"An ultra-fresh and distinctly cool nose is comprised of red currant, violet, plum and once again discreet earth elements. The round, concentrated and generously proportioned flavors possess fine power and plenty of punch before terminating in a solidly complex and lingering finale that exhibits just a hint of rusticity. This too will also require some patience."

"A dark, smoky style, featuring black cherry, blackberry, vanilla and toast aromas and flavors. Though firmly structured, this retains enough sweet fruit for balance. Fine length. Best from 2018 through 2028. 68 cases made."
