Kevin Russell

Kevin was hand-harvested in Philadelphia, fermented in South Jersey, and aged between Miami, Italy, and New York. Barrel samplings over the years have seen him as a multi-woodwind player and composer (Bachelor of Music, University of Miami), a bread baker, a member of a viticulture crew in New Zealand, a 2010 Census supervisor, and one of the top sales reps at The Vine Collective, where he also had a hand in building the Italian portfolio.  He is thrilled to be part of the team at David Bowler Wine, as both a sales rep and as the Brand Manager for those Italian labels that we import directly. 

He believes that a bottle of wine, like an album of music, should be a snapshot of its place, time, and the people who made it.  He is constantly intrigued by how much, through a glass of fermented grape juice, can be learned about culture, language, and each other.
 
He lives in Brooklyn with his wonderful girlfriend and a cat.
