Antonio Sanz is a highly respected winemaker in Rueda who is mostly responsible for the reputation that Rueda has today for making high quality crisp whites from Verdejo. This is a joint project between JosePastor and Antonio Sanz to introduce a top notch verdejo at an affordable price. All fruit is hand harvested at night and oxidation is kept to a minimum by using inert gasses and stainless steel tanks.
